Exclusive Details On Brian Cage Signing With AEW

Brian Cage has signed a multi-year deal with All Elite Wrestling and will be making his debut as soon. Sources say possibly by the time of The Jericho Cruise as a surprise guest or at a later AEW Dynamite episode. We reported back on December 27th, 2019 that Cage had feelers from several organizations and here is what we know. ROH was one of those organizations and came close to signing the Machine, however, AEW made an offer to Cage which was accepted.

Brian Cage has had an impressive two years with IMPACT Wrestling, from coming in and being undefeated for several months with the promotion, taking out challengers the likes of EC3, Bobby Lashley and many others. Cage would end up winning the X-Division title and never losing it as he would invoke option-c against Johnny Impact for the IMPACT World Title. Cage would not be successful in his first shot at the tile but would win the title 3 months later against Impact at Rebellion. Cage, while injured during his title reign, would still defend the title all the way through Bound For Glory and would defeat Sami Callihan to retain the title in what was an incredible and hard-hitting match.

Cage has had a successful career thus far working with organizations such as Lucha Underground, AAA Lucha Libre, IMPACT Wrestling, and many of the great organizations in the Indy Circuit. Cages' absolute power, speed, and agility make him one of the anomalies of professional wrestling today. With a bodybuilder frame moving like a cruiserweight, Cage can do just about anything in the ring.
