The official All In Twitter account has confirmed that Jay Lethal will be defending his ROH World Championship at All In on September 1st. The bout will be against the winner of the Over Budget Battle Royale, which takes place on the Zero Hour section of All In at Sears Centre in Chicago, Illinois.
