Mercedes Martinez has signed to WWE and will be reporting to the WWE Performance Center this month. The near two-decade veteran has been with the organization before for the Mae Young Classic tournaments when she wowed the WWE fans with her matches against the likes of Meiko Satomura, Shayna Baszler, Ember Moon and others.

But Mercedes's impressive portfolio doesn't stop there. Back in 2018, Martinez was part of what is still the longest women's match in history when she went against Tessa Blanchard in an Iron Woman match that lasted 75 minutes and coming out victorious and winning the Phoenix Of RISE Title.

Martinez also appeared for All Elite Wrestling back in 2019 when she made her debut with the promotion during the Women's Casino Battle Royale at AEW All Out and then competed in a match on October 30th in a tag match where she teamed up with Big Swole to face the team of Sadie Gibbs and Allie.

Mercedes comes to the promotion with a ton of experience and ring generalship that will allow her to call matches against some of the new up and comers and current veterans of the company. Her aggressive yet technical style will serve fantastically with the women of any brand she will be working on.
